• Provides 24x7 on-call support for scheduling issues.
• Troubleshoots errors and automates schedules.
• Mentors batch operators and advises on best practices.
• Manages workload complexity and dependencies.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Supports disaster recovery testing and audits.
• Optimizes schedule resiliency and flexibility.
• Works on special job requests and alters schedules as necessary.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows systems.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, and VBScript.
• Familiarity with secure file transfer and automation tools.
• Knowledge of security and compliance in healthcare.
