In Short

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities.
• Act as SME and liaison for clients and internal teams.
• Delegate work and coach project team members.
• Streamline workflows across clients and technical personnel.
• Support quality control and validate test results.
• Oversee business analysts assigned to the client account.
• Report on business analyst work alignment with leadership.
• Communicate staffing needs to leadership.
• 9+ years as a business analyst or requirements translator.
• 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred.

Requirements

• Proven ability to re-engineer business processes.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Skilled in meeting facilitation and driving consensus.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Outgoing and approachable personality.

• Customer service orientation.
