Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in management.
• Experience leading teams in P2P payment systems and crypto services.
• Strong background in full-stack engineering, especially in Go.
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin and crypto networks.
• Proven track record in designing scalable payment systems.
• Experience with multi-tenanted, distributed systems.
• Strategic mindset balancing long-term vision with execution.
• Hands-on technical leadership capabilities.
• Passion for crypto and Web3 innovation.
