  • Experience in designing and executing customer experience programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in customer lifecycle and community management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and customer feedback platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
