In Short

  • Own the technical vision: Lead product architecture and AI strategy.
  • Build the product & team – Work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to ship V1, then hire your core team.
  • Run early commercial pilots – Land lighthouse customers, iterate pricing/positioning, and prove retention + expansion impact.
  • Scale the tech stack: Design a secure, scalable, and extensible backend architecture.
  • Raise external capital – Lead the next round with our support, telling a data-backed growth story.
  • Operate as CTO – Own product and technology strategy and development, build, inspire and guide teams, report to the Board, and scale the venture.

Requirements

  • Founder-level drive — You’ve built (or been early at) a venture-backed SaaS company and love zero-to-one chaos.
  • AI execution — Hands-on experience bringing LLM and agentic products to production, with a track record of real-world commercialization.
  • Technical leadership — You’ve led and scaled engineering teams, defined AI roadmaps, and aligned tech decisions with business outcomes.
  • GTM instincts — Proven ability to engage customers, translate needs into product, and drive adoption through early sales, business development, and go-to-market execution.
  • People leadership — Magnet for top talent; coach and culture carrier.
