Overview

The Senior Manager - Partner Sales will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new strategic distribution and reseller partners to expand Simplilearn’s reach.

In Short

  • Identify high-potential new partners aligned with Simplilearn’s offerings.
  • Develop outreach strategies and pitch materials.
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements.
  • Drive consumption and revenue from active partners.
  • Analyze market trends to refine partner acquisition strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and account teams for smooth transitions.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to enable deal execution.
  • Track KPIs and report progress on partnerships.
  • Contribute to the growth of Simplilearn’s partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B business development or partner sales.
  • Proven success in closing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with education benefit platforms is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset.
