Overview

The Legal Operations & Technology Analytics Specialist is a key enabler of the legal department’s efficiency and innovation, ensuring the successful integration of technology and data-driven decision-making in legal workflows. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, this role is critical to optimizing legal department workflows through technology, analytics, and process innovation.

• Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle management system.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining legal operations workflows.
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from legal data.
• Work closely with Legal Operations Counsel to measure and report on metrics.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.
• Lead or participate in legal technology projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Stay current with legal technology trends and best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between Legal, IT, and business units.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Legal teams for data security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years experience with contract lifecycle management systems.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
• Experience in innovating systems or workflows.
• Ability to manage technology projects and coordinate teams.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
