• Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle management system.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining legal operations workflows.

• Work closely with Legal Operations Counsel to measure and report on metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
• Lead legal technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Stay current with legal technology trends and best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between Legal, IT, and business units.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Legal teams for data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years experience with contract lifecycle management systems.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
• Experience in innovating systems or workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technology projects.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
