Manager, Site Agreements - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Site Agreements is responsible for managing and executing knowledge management, investigator grant estimates, and site agreement negotiation services while ensuring compliance with risk management strategies.

In Short

• Manage and execute delivery of investigator grant estimates and site agreements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement of departmental processes.
• Provide operational and budgetary leadership to Site Agreements staff.
• Manage contracts tracking and file systems.
• Conduct performance management and training for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance and Budget staff for contract accuracy.
• Review and approve personnel actions and vacation requests.
• Promote risk management initiatives and corporate goals.
• Participate in developing training programs for staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• 5 years in a Contracts department or law firm.
• 3 years in a management capacity.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in budget and fiscal management.
• Knowledge of risk management strategies.
• Proficient in contract management systems.
• Understanding of compliance and legal processes.
