The Executive Director (ED) of AI and Transformation is the strategic executive leader overseeing the acceleration and adoption of AI/ML across Fortrea’s enterprise, contributing to the organization’s differentiation, efficiency, and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or relevant areas.
• 15+ years of experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading a machine learning team.
• Exceptional technical skills in AI/ML solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with business acumen.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to influence and change large organizations.
• Proficiency in programming languages like R and Python.
• Experience with healthcare data is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical work for business partners.
