Director of Data Transformation - Remote

Overview

We’re currently searching for a Director to join Acclarity. This role will be remote and can be flexible on base location. Our Director role will lead cross function data transformation initiatives powered by modern technology stack – Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Open AI – Across mid-market and enterprise clients.

In Short

• Lead strategic alignment of executive vision with data transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment between technology and business goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams, providing leadership and coaching.
• Own financial management of data programs including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in project/program management with focus in data, AI, or automation.
• Strong understanding of technology and business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and UiPath.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
• Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence.
