Overview

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients regarding annuity products.

  • Prior call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills required.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
  • Passion for serving customers is essential.
