Friendly Faces Senior Care is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant with prior in home care (private pay agency) experience to support our growing office operations.

In Short

• Full-time remote position
• Pay: $7/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
• Responsibilities include caregiver scheduling and shift coordination
• Recruiting caregivers/CNAs and conducting initial screenings
• Maintaining communication with caregivers and office staff
• Assisting with administrative office tasks
• Updating client and caregiver information in software systems
• Must have reliable internet and computer setup
• Experience in home care or healthcare staffing preferred

Requirements

• Prior experience working for a home care agency or healthcare staffing company
• Experience with caregiver scheduling and/or recruiting
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone etiquette
• Dependable and detail-oriented
