Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support sales and operations, assisting with RFP and contract coordination, recruiting support, client follow-up, administrative tasks, and service quality surveys.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in staffing services.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries.
  • Schedule discovery calls or meetings for leadership.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
  • Source and contact candidates for open staffing roles.
  • Assist with organizing and preparing RFP responses.
  • Conduct service quality survey calls.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems preferred.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in customer support.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
  • Strong English communication skills.
