Overview

The Virtual Assistant will manage patient care and scheduling for a chiropractic and wellness clinic, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with patients.

In Short

  • Answer incoming calls and manage voicemail.
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Contact patients without future appointments to encourage re-booking.
  • Promote holistic health values through patient education.
  • Send SMS/email reminders and confirmations.
  • Utilize OpenPhone VoIP for communication.
  • Work part-time, approximately 3 hours per week.
  • Must align with clinic's holistic health philosophy.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Must be reliable and available during EST hours.

Requirements

  • Strong phone communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, preferably in healthcare.
  • Alignment with holistic health values.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Clear written English communication.
  • Tech readiness for VoIP and scheduling tools.
  • Reliability in EST hours with stable internet.
  • Willingness to sign HIPAA compliance forms and NDA.
  • Prior experience in chiropractic or wellness is a plus.
  • Familiarity with patient education and retention is a plus.
