Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including inputting AR data into our CRM (Service Minder) and QuickBooks, tracking cashflow, and actively following up on past due accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and AR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

In Short

• Accurately process Accounts Receivable entries and bank deposits into Service Minder and QuickBooks
• Track AR data for cashflow forecasting and provide regular updates
• Manage AR collections, including following up on past due accounts
• Participate in a weekly standing meeting with the owner to report on progress and discuss outstanding issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all relevant systems

Requirements

• Strong background in bookkeeping and AR management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with CRM software (Service Minder) and QuickBooks
