As a Bookkeeper at Bench, you will play a crucial role in providing bookkeeping and tax services to small businesses, ensuring financial accuracy and fostering client relationships.

• Manage bookkeeping tasks including categorizing transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Identify and adjust discrepancies in financial records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of U.S. bookkeeping or tax filing experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or Xero.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work North American business hours.
• Must meet minimum hardware and internet requirements.
