Sales Area Manager Bavaria/East (Field Service) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Bavaria/East who is open to a new challenge with our partner, PSS Interservice GmbH, headquartered in Berlin. The company specializes in the protection, correction, and coloring of mineral surfaces in construction, particularly on substrates such as exposed concrete, sandstone, and artificial stone.

In Short

• Take over project management throughout the entire sales process
• Customer consulting, existing customer support, and new customer acquisition in the construction industry
• Identify and develop potential for further development in the sales area
• Responsible for the entire sales area including revenue and profit responsibility
• Create and present customer-specific offers and achieve contract closures

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in operational sales
• Ideally knowledge of building materials or construction projects
• High self-motivation, confident appearance, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Negotiation and communication skills as well as deep entrepreneurial thinking
