Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support Egon Oldendorff Management GmbH, a leading provider in bulk freight transport, with expertise and passion in an international environment.

In Short

• Act as a contact person for employees regarding payroll questions
• Maintain and manage employee data in HR systems
• Ensure compliance with all legal and internal guidelines
• Improve payroll processes and support HR projects
• Collaborate closely with external service providers and internal departments
• Responsible for timely payroll processing and calculation of wages, salaries, bonuses, and other compensations

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Several years of experience in payroll processing
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in payroll software, ideally Sage
• High affinity for numbers and a structured working style
• Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
