Overview

We are looking for a Process Services Clerk (m/f/d) for our partner, Kraftwerk Software Holding GmbH, based in Halle (Saale), who is eager for a new challenge. Since its founding, Kraftwerk has established itself as an innovative IT service provider for municipal utilities, energy suppliers, and network operators.

In Short

• Support in invoicing and dunning processes.
• Review and clarification of inquiries as well as processing tickets in the system.
• Maintenance and updating of data such as metering points, contracts, or measurement configurations.
• Collaboration with internal departments and external market partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Processing energy market processes of customers in areas such as market communication, invoicing, and payment transactions.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Technical understanding and service orientation.
• Strong communication skills and a structured working style.
• A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally experience in customer service, data processing, or process management.
