Process Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

If you want to not only improve processes but design them from scratch, then the position of Process Manager (m/f/d) is just right for you. In a young, dynamic team, you will work on the development and further development of a modern process landscape. As part of an established energy service company with around 250 employees in Austria, you will use your expertise to create efficient workflows and contribute your own ideas that truly matter.

In Short

• Development and maintenance of internal process landscape
• Creation and updating of process, procedural, and work instructions
• Close collaboration with departments to optimize workflows
• Analysis of current processes, identification of weaknesses, and derivation of improvements
• Conducting training and workshops on process understanding
• Reporting to management and project-related support

Requirements

• Completed studies in process management, business administration or similar - alternatively, solid training with relevant professional experience
• At least 1.5–2 years of experience in process management (including new process development)
• Project experience is an advantage
• Very good communication skills, team orientation, and personal responsibility
• Willingness to travel within Austria (occasionally)
• Availability ideally full-time (from 30 hours possible with suitable qualifications)
