Overview

The Service Process Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of services provided, working with complex loan servicing tasks and mentoring team members.

In Short

• Performs complex assignments with minimal supervision.
• Resolves complex loan servicing issues.
• Mentors and trains lower-level service processors.
• Identifies process improvements and troubleshoots issues.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to sit at a computer for most of an 8-hour shift.
• Capability to lift/maneuver 30 lb. boxes.
• Experience in customer service and loan servicing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of technical principles and loan concepts.
• Ability to assess risk in business decisions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under little to no supervision.
