Overview

The Field Service Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of service engineers to maintain operational capability while ensuring customer satisfaction and business needs are met.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in customer service and satisfaction monitoring.
