• The Product Manager, Foundry USA Mining Pool is an opportunity to join Foundry Digital, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group.
• This role focuses on owning customer-facing problems in the Foundry USA Pool UI.
• Translate customer needs into well-defined solutions with high quality.
• Manage and groom the product backlog in partnership with engineering.
• Use customer feedback and product analytics to evaluate outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Customer Success teams for feature readiness.
• Contribute to user experience and interface decisions.
• Comfortable working on technically complex products.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in software product management.
• Ability to identify customer problems and translate them into product solutions.
• Experience as a product owner in agile or scrum teams.
• Ability to manage a roadmap and delivery cadence.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
