The Vice-President of Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) Execution is a key driver of innovation and strategic growth, leading high-impact improvement initiatives and coordinating cross-functional operations at an executive level. This role is integral in ensuring the Charityvest DAF program not only excels in day-to-day operations but also scales effectively in alignment with its mission. In Short

• Own initiatives & convene forums essential to the operation and growth of the DAF program (35%)
• Provide oversight & coordination on regular operations for the DAF program (35%)
• Deliver decision-input & backup support activity to other DAF program functions (20%)
• Own & deliver ad hoc discrete projects to support continued program growth (10%)

Requirements

• 5+ years in leadership roles within wealth management operations
• Ability to analyze complex systems and design long-term solutions
• Insight into product-driven solutions for operational challenges
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
• Capacity to see both the big picture and the details
• Strong instinct for driving action and fostering alignment
• Ability to inspire and understand the motivations of others
