Fotona is currently seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and dedicated Area Sales Manager to aggressively prospect and develop new Dental customers in our Northern & Central Florida Territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, organized, and self-directed individual seeking to take their sales career to the next level.

In Short

• Develop new Dental customers in Northern & Central Florida.
• Perform high-volume cold calls to dental practices.
• Identify decision-makers and evaluate buying process.
• Perform product demonstrations at events and tradeshows.
• Collect and track all prospects and leads using CRM.
• Study Fotona products and the dental industry.
• Manage warm marketing lists for sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Represent Fotona with integrity and professionalism.
• Work independently to produce results.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience preferred.
• Dental and Capital Equipment sales experience preferred.
• Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
• Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive within the territory daily.
• Ability to travel overnight (30% on average).
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
