Overview

The Human Resources & Payroll Generalist is responsible for administering the daily operations of the HR department while ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll through the HRIS. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR or payroll experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Arizona.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
