Overview

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Forward Financing, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and managing our analytics platform.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt.
• Collaborate with Data Science to create variables for predictive models.
• Work with Data Engineering on data migrations and schema changes.
• Partner with DevOps to maintain a streaming dbt project.
• Review code for quality and adherence to standards.
• Integrate third-party data sources into our ecosystem.
• Implement data governance standards and quality checks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
• 2+ years of experience with dbt or Python for data transformations.
• 2+ years with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Preferred: Experience with Python.
