Account Manager II - Remote

Overview

An Account Manager II at Forward Financing will work with newly onboarded Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) to sell the company’s value proposition and drive profitable revenue.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded ISO partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of each ISO partner's business model.
• Analyze performance data to understand trends and opportunities.
• Communicate performance data effectively to ISO partners.
• Build relationships with ISO representatives and decision makers.
• Help ISO partners understand the value of Forward Financing.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to drive performance.
• Present ideas and reports to ISO reps and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in account management or related role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
