The Flo Installation Manager drives changes and improvements in our Flo installation business, ensuring a quality customer installation experience.

In Short

• Manage installation network providers for Flo.
• Onboard new installation partners and ensure plumber qualifications.
• Track and report on key metrics.
• Suggest activities to improve customer experience.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Work under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Flo Installations.
• Drive strategic and tactical imperatives in the installation process.
• Participate in project management activities.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and installation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Operations, Logistics, or Construction.
• Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Prior project management experience preferred.
• Holding a plumbing license is preferred.
• Remote position with potential travel up to 25%.
