Overview

The Senior Account Manager for Southeast Region serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibilities for retention and growth.

In Short

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customers.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Account Managers on day-to-day operational processes.
  • Determine root cause of customer success and failures.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals.
  • Ensure superior customer service levels and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
  • Hiring and developing staff, setting objectives and performance reviews.
  • Oversight of project support including scope development and construction management.
  • Assist sales team in discovering business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Account Management/Customer Success.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Focus on relationships and trust-building through communication.
  • Sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of construction bid documents.
  • Effective communication with team members and across the organization.
  • Experience identifying client issues and creating effective solutions.
  • A valid US driver’s license required.
