Overview

The Operations Specialist will serve as the system expert for Certinia, providing best practices and oversight to ensure scalable processes are implemented successfully. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to recommend process enhancements and gain acceptance of the proposed system design.

In Short

• Collaborate with IT Business Systems on maintaining the Certinia platform.
• Provide user support and best practices for system architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Certinia configurations.
• Keep abreast of Certinia updates and support release testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Consult with business users to identify operating procedures and translate them into system requirements.
• Work with external partners to address technical challenges.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• 3+ years' experience in a Professional Services Organization.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a Professional Services Organization.
• Strong technical acumen and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Certinia platform preferred.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel 0 to 15%.
