Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting Forterro’s sales function by driving operational efficiency, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making that drive our revenue generation efforts.

In Short

  • Serve as a day-to-day business partner to the sales team, providing operational support and strategic insights.
  • Own CRM management (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Train and support sales colleagues on sales tools and reporting processes.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and service issues to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with finance to align sales reporting with business objectives.
  • Support the deployment of Salesforce within the German & Polish Products.
  • Track, calculate, and issue sales compensation plans.
  • Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of sales incentive programs.
  • Support quota setting and territory planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or related field within B2B SaaS or IT/software industry.
  • German & English mandatory, Polish is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data.
  • Proven ability to streamline sales workflows.
  • Experience with sales compensation tracking.
  • Strong ability to partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and revenue forecasting.
