Overview

The Senior Account Executive will lead sales efforts across the Eastern and Western United States for FORT Robotics, focusing on expanding business and managing key accounts in the automation and robotics sectors.

In Short

  • Lead sales activities in assigned regions (Eastern or Western U.S.).
  • Manage and grow key strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews.
  • Provide monthly updates on performance metrics.
  • Represent FORT at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel approximately 30–40% within assigned region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or enterprise sales.
  • Proven success in managing large territories.
  • Experience selling integrated hardware/software solutions.
  • Ability to build enterprise-level relationships.
  • Record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skilled in territory planning and pipeline development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Residency in the Eastern or Western U.S. preferred.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently.
