Office Management & Accounting Specialist (Part-Time) - Remote

We are looking for a skilled all-rounder in back office and preparatory accounting to strengthen our team.

In Short

• Preparation of ongoing financial accounting
• Creation & maintenance of outgoing invoices
• Payment transactions & liquidity planning: payment runs, accounts receivable lists, dunning
• Maintenance of customer and service master data
• Personnel & freelance administration: onboarding new employees, timesheets, sick leave & bonus reports, interface to payroll
• Creation of reports & correspondence
• Process optimization: program & workflow adjustments for new clients as well as continuous digitization of the back office

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in preparatory accounting / back office
• Proficient use of accounting tools
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, detail-oriented working style and high affinity for numbers
• Team spirit, communication skills, and enjoyment of digital processes
