In Short

• Responsible for preparatory accounting tasks including invoicing, payment processing, and dunning.
• Monitor cash flows and financial processes to ensure clean transaction handling.
• Support payroll by recording working hours and processing travel expenses.
• Create statistics and reports to make key figures transparent.
• Critically assess internal processes and contribute ideas for process optimization.
• Opportunity to grow into an advisory role for management.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in preparatory accounting, especially in invoicing, payment processing, or dunning.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, including recording working hours and travel expenses.
• Proficient in Excel and DATEV.
• Reliable, structured, and accurate working style.
• Enjoy developing and optimizing existing processes.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Italian language skills.
