Overview

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented specialist to efficiently manage our data and supplier processes in a part-time role.

In Short

• Part-time position with 20 hours per week
• Regular home office possible, but weekly presence in Stuttgart is desired
• Responsible for creating and sending standardized email inquiries
• Manage and update tracking lists to oversee all processes
• Upload and maintain important supplier documents in the system
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers critically

Requirements

• Experience in data management or supplier evaluation
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills for professional email formulation
• Ability to work independently and optimize processes
