Overview

Foodsmart is seeking 1099 Registered Dietitians (RDs) to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, leveraging a digital platform to provide nutrition consultations and help members improve their eating habits.

In Short

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Assist patients in utilizing Foodsmart's digital platform.
• Manage a panel of clients with various health conditions.
• Communicate effectively through HIPAA-compliant video calls.
• Must have active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian.
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week for patient consultations.
• Required to carry professional liability insurance.
• Compensation includes $48 for a 1-hour visit and $12 per 15-minute unit for MNT.
• Bilingual candidates earn $52 per hour.

Requirements

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian.
• Must have at least one state licensure.
• Willingness to apply for additional licensure in other states.
• High-speed internet and a smartphone required.
• Experience in telehealth is a plus.
