Registered Dietitian (RD) - Contract - Remote

Overview

DiningRD is seeking a contract Registered Dietitian to work in skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health, focusing on improving the lives of seniors.

In Short

• Contract role with 8-10 hours per month, both on-site and remote.
• Completion of MDS assessments and documentation for residents at high nutritional risk.
• Participation in the care planning process and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Oversight of food service department with audits for safety and quality.
• Must have NDTR/RD credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Experience in consulting/long term care preferred.

Requirements

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials required.
• State licensure if required.
• 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred.
