Registered Dietitian - Remote

Overview

The Registered Dietitian (RD) position delivers strong customer experience for both sites and patients by providing remote study support under the delegation of a PI, focusing on assessing nutritional needs and promoting healthy physical activity.

In Short

• Remote part-time role approximately 25 hours a month.
• Assess nutritional needs and provide personalized Lifestyle Counseling.
• Work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator(s).
• Ensure compliance with institutional SOPs and study protocols.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and study subjects.
• Perform patient diet and nutritional education.
• Prepare documentation for study visits.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Requires a Registered and/or Licensed Dietitian.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of medical and research terminology.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse team.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of self-motivation and energy.
• Excellent professional writing and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of community nutrition experience.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
