Requirements

• State licensure required where applicable.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel.
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Functional proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
