Contract Registered Dietitian (RD) - Remote

Overview

DiningRD is actively seeking a contract Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health, focusing on improving the lives of seniors.

In Short

• 6-8 hours on-site 1 time a month and remote between visits.
• Completion of MDS assessments and documentation for residents at high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audits.
• Must have NDTR/RD credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred.

Requirements

• Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
• Licensed if required by State.
