Overview

As a Payment Operations Associate at Flywire, you will play a crucial role in processing international and domestic payments while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

• Process a growing volume of international and domestic payments.
• Verify beneficiary account details for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with payment partners and banks to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree with an interest in financial services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Passion for problem-solving and customer assistance.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement.
• Experience in finance or banking operations is advantageous.
