Overview

As a Payment Experience Associate I at Flywire, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their payment process while troubleshooting any issues with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in English.
  • 3 years of customer support experience; banking or payments background is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to train and gain knowledge of Flywire products.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
