Senior Product Manager, Payments Platform (FX) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for the Payments Platform at Flywire, you will lead the evolution of FX trading systems and ensure reliable, cost-efficient, and innovative FX capabilities for clients.

In Short

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Flywire’s FX platform.
• Design and deliver next-generation systems for spot execution, hedging, and new FX products.
• Partner with engineering to build scalable systems supporting global trading hubs.
• Collaborate with FX trading, risk management, and finance teams.
• Drive integration with liquidity providers via FIX APIs and other protocols.
• Translate market trends and client requirements into product specifications.
• Embed compliance and risk management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work across various teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FX trading systems or capital markets platforms.
• Strong knowledge of spot trading, hedging, and liquidity management.
• Expertise in FX APIs and integrating with liquidity providers.
• Proven track record of building scalable, global systems.
• Strong technical acumen and comfortable working with engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for execution.
