Overview

Flywheel is seeking an Account Executive, Life Sciences Sales to drive revenue by addressing the unique challenges of imaging related research data management, AI workflows, and clinical trial processes in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and medical technology companies.

In Short

  • Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers in the pharma sector.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while driving new business development.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of Flywheel's solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately.
  • Work closely with the customer success team for client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team for customer feedback.
  • SalesForce proficiency is a plus.
  • Comply with company policies for security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role in Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Highly energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technological concepts.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experienced in using SalesForce or other CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience selling into Life Science R&D and IT organizations required.
  • Medical imaging experience preferred.
