• Handle all IT work including firewall, security, and user VPN.
• Facilitate connectivity, access, and permissions for various applications.
• Collaborate with the IT director on IT projects and suggestions.
• Work with devops/support teams to resolve issues.
• 5+ years of experience as IT staff.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with scripting languages like BASH, Python, or Perl.
• Networking knowledge including firewall setup and DHCP.
• Experience with IT automation technologies.
• Solutions-oriented team player.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with 3rd party handling (suppliers, vendors).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with US or EU customers.
• Proficiency in Linux OS flavors and Windows administration.
• Networking know-how including Fortigate firewall setup.
• Experience with scripting (BASH, Python, Perl).
• IT automation experience using tools like Ansible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with bug management systems like JIRA.
