JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. We are looking for a Linux System Administrator for the company’s largest product - a cross-platform VPN service. Our product helps at least 10 million users around the world to meet their needs in cyber protection. Our goal is to enter the top 5 best VPN services in the world.

In Short

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu) across a large-scale environment.
• Monitor the quality of services and proactively identify potential issues.
• Respond to and resolve server and service incidents effectively.
• Communicate with hosting providers and negotiate to expand server capacity.
• Conduct regular audits of infrastructure and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Linux (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios and Prometheus+Grafana.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and VPN protocols.
• Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot effectively.
• Proactive attitude and strong analytical skills.
• A collaborative team player.
• Owner-Mindset in server infrastructure management.

Benefits
