NetOps/Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

We are looking for a NetOps/Site Reliability Engineer to join our largest product — a cross-platform VPN service. Our product already helps over 10 million users worldwide meet their cybersecurity needs.

In Short

• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Design and maintain networks and public cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure management using IaC tools.
• Support and optimize infrastructure.
• Perform system analysis, incident response, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain infrastructure security standards.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with monitoring tools and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of VPN protocols and networking concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Deep understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Solid troubleshooting skills in high-availability environments.
