Overview

The Claims Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the claims processing function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant adjudication of all participant claims while leading a team of Reimbursement Specialists.

  • Strong understanding of claims adjudication and IRS regulations.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
